Naphtha and gasoline refining margins widened on supply disruptions and increased seasonal demand. But limited arbi- trage outlets lifted Singapore middle distillate stocks to their highest in over seven months. Tight prompt supplies and strong demand supported Singapore fuel oil prices. Naphtha refining margins firmed slightly. South Korean importers are expected to buy more spot cargoes (see graph). Saudi Aramco could delay naphtha shipments from its 400,000 b/d Rabigh refinery by several days because of problems at the facility. But spot exports from the Mideast Gulf were high. Abu Dhabi Adnoc, Kuwait's KPC and Qatar's Tasweeq are offering August-loading cargoes.
