Brant's sharply lower premium to Dubai is opening opportunities for BFO-priced crudes such as Russian medium sour Urals to move to Asia-Pacific (see upper graph).Urals prices have slipped relative to dated BFO over the week as falling refinery margins drained its local European markets of buyers.
