Heavy sour crude grades remain under pressure.Fuel oil remains structurally weak,while heating oil and gasoline prices surge,encouraging refiners to turn to light sweet grades.The prospect that Opec will make more heavy sour crude available in an attempt to calm the market is likely to put further pressure on heavy sour grades.
