Crude output rises

State-owned Agoco is producing 160,000 b/d, mainly from the Sarir field. Combined output from Sarir and the Mesla field could rise to 300,000 b/d by the end of this month, state-owned NOC says. The firm also expects the 125,000 b/d Elephant field to come on stream by the end of September. Total’s offshore 40,000 b/d al-Jurf field is expected to restart by the end of September, and Italian firm Eni’s offshore 45,000 b/d Bouri field could restart soon.
