Less Urals supports Forties

Benchmark-setting light Forties crude surged from a discount to a premium to North Sea Dated. The increase in demand, which lifted Forties to a 200/bl premium to the benchmark, was the result of a lack of Norwegian supplies and a rise in demand from Russian medium sour Urals buyers because of reduced Urals exports in July.
