Products lag crude gains

Increased crude values failed to translate into similarly higher prices for all products. Strong demand in northeast Asia boosted naphtha, but oversupply muted other product markets. Jet-kerosine rose on stronger than expected Chinese demand, while Chinese gasoil exports weighed on that particular market. Fuel oil stocks in Singapore hit a record high because of oversupply.
