European diesel markets are likely to remain tight this month,as key refineries struggle to overcome unplanned shutdowns.The EU switch to a lower-sulphur heating oil grade in January is forcing refiners to extend maintenance and siphon off 10 ppm and 50ppm sulphur middle distillates for blending,further tightening finished diesel supplies.
