Implementation of Markov Chains for Probabilistic Forecast of Different Conditions of Moistening in Vegetation Period Based on Example of Voronezh

A methodological approach to assessing the probability of the occurrence of different moisture conditions during certain months of the vegetation period for the territory of Voronezh using Markov chains based on long-term observations of air temperature and precipitation is proposed.
