What’s your take on the current market situation? Volumes and business activity have been growing, partly because of changes in the geography of supplies. Rosneft decided to divert product cargoes from the Samara refineries to the Kerch strait from the Gulf of Finland last year, which led to more of the fleet being engaged. The fleet is ageing and vessels are being decommissioned. Renewal rates are insufficient because few firms are ready to invest in building new vessels. This is an expensive process that does not pay back quickly. We plan to increase volumes to 380,000t this year from 320,000t in 2013.
