Oil & Energy Trading (OET) supplied fuel oil from the 90,000 b/d Mari-El refinery to the Azov Sea port of Taganrog for the first time in November, halting deliveries to the port of Azov’s Donterminal. Mari-El could ship 40,000 t/month of fuel oil to Taganrog, a port source says. OET started supplying fuel oil from Tatneft’s 140,000 b/d Taneko plant at Nizhnekamsk to Azov in October, shipping 30,000 t/month. OET will start shipping product from Gazprom’s Salavat plant through Azov in December, and is expected to ship 10,000 t/ month.
