Novorossiysk’s IPP terminal will start signing direct gasoil loading agreements with customers from November, when its contract with Chernomortransservice — which according to market participants is affiliated with the Gunvor subsidiary Port Union — expires. IPP belongs to Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port (NCSP), which itself is co-owned by Transneft and the Summa group. Chernomortransservice can keep working for IPP as an agent to attract customers, but its role as loadings operator will come to an end. Both companies decline to comment.
