River exports on the rise

Product exports and transit along Russia’s inland waterways totalled 1.16mn t last month, up by 111,900t from August and by 237,100t against September last year. Rosneft supplies from its Samara transportation hub grew by 50pc from August, following the completion of maintenance at its 140,000 b/d Kuibyshev refinery. Deliveries doubled against September last year. Combined deliveries of fuel oil, gasoil and marine gasoil and vacuum gasoil (VGO) from Rosneft’s Samara region terminals - Kashpir, Samara and Syzran - reached 524,300t last month, up from 332,700t in August and 258,400t in September 2015.
