Rosneft started shipping small cargoes of light crude from the Orenburg region to its 240,000 b/d Tuapse refinery by sea in March. The move followed restric- tions on pipeline and rail deliveries to the plant, market participants say. It delivered 30,000t by sea in March and shipments could more than double in May — seaborne supplies will con- tinue for a few months, market partici- pants say.
