Trafigura eyes Arkhangelsk for naphtha

Trading firm Trafigura is finalising a deal to export naphtha from Russian statecontrolled Rosneft’s refineries and small producers through Rosneft’s terminal at Russia’s White Sea port of Arkhangelsk. Final volumes will be agreed after a tender that should be held in October- November for supplies over the following 12 months. The number of storage tanks required will be agreed on a monthly basis, market participants say. Handling fees are yet to be agreed, a source familiar with the situation says.
