Russia’s Black Sea port of Novorossiysk is scheduled to load 1.77mn t of refined products this month, up by 19pc from November on a daily average basis, driven by rising fuel oil shipments. Exports of fuel oil through the port’s Sheskharis terminal are planned to rise by 17pc to 484,900t, because of higher supplies of straight-run product from Neftegazindustriya’s 180,000 b/d Afipsky refinery. The plant is expected to supply 234,400t in December, up from 166,000t scheduled last month.
