Overall product supplies to the Black Sea port of Novorossiysk are due to fall by 4.1pc from September’s plan to 40,150 t/d (1.24mn t) this month. Dirty product supplies will fall, with gasoil and diesel exports expected to rise. This month, Rosneft will stop ship- ping fuel oil from its 140,000 b/d Sara- tov refinery to Novorossiysk’s NMT fuel oil terminal because of mainte- nance. The plant started a month’s maintenance on its 19,300 t/d crude unit in late September, traders say.
