Antipinsky to up output

New Stream’s 150,000 b/d Antipinsky refinery will increase 10ppm diesel pro- duction following the full launch of a new 3mn t/yr hydrotreatment unit earlier this month. The hydrotreater began pro- ducing the 10ppm grade during June, but it had only been running in start-up mode until last week.
