Freight rates for tankers exporting products from Russian ports were on the move this month, reflecting lower bunker fuel prices and rising time- charter freight rates. The cost of deliveries from Kalin- ingrad and Arkhangelsk to Rotterdam fell by 28￠/t to $17.03/t and by 34￠/t to $25.39/t, respectively, after marine fuel oil (dob Rotterdam) prices fell by $10.50/t to $322.75/t over the course of June. The price of low-sulphur marine gasoil (dob Rotterdam) fell by $28.50/t to $537.50/t.
