Exports of refined products from FSU ports fell from June’s total last month, after low prices in Europe made shipments less attractive. The decline came despite a slight drop in export duties. Total product exports from the FSU were down by 5.9pc from June to 409,650 t/d in July, with gasoil and gasoline exports seeing the most significant declines. Overall exports of gasoil and diesel slumped by 14pc to 119,350 t/d. Exports from Primorsk, which is the largest outlet for Rus- sian 10ppm sulphur diesel, fell by 14.3pc to 36,400 t/d. But loadings are expected to rebound in August, with exports scheduled at 46,450 t/d (see p15).
