Total product exports from ports in Estonia, Latvia and Lithu- ania fell by 5.5pc on the year to 23.5mn t in January-June, with Estonian outlets bearing the brunt, having seen a 27.8pc decline to 6.6mn t. Loadings at the Vopak EOS terminal in Tallinn, Estonia, fell by nearly 21pc to 3.3mn t. Fuel oil exports declined most sharply — by 1.2mn t to 2.6mn t after Russian refineries diverted products to Russian terminals.
