Gazpromneft will export products from its three refineries only through Russian ports next year, halting all loadings at terminals in the Baltic states. The firm’s exports will be close to this year’s level, a Gazpromneft source says. Gunvor will be the main buyer of Gazpromneft naphtha next year at the Russian port of Ust-Luga on the Gulf of Finland, according to market partici- pants. Gunvor has been buying 35,000- 60,000 t/month of naphtha produced at Gazpromneft refineries this year, which has been exported through Ust-Luga and the Latvian port of Riga.
