RN-Bunker dominant at Primorye ports

Rosneft subsidiary RN-Bunker accounted for 19pc of bunker fuel sales in the Primorye region in January-June, retaining its market-leading position (see chart). But its sales volumes were down by 55pc on the same period last year, hitting 550,000t, after cargoes were diverted for export as a result of this year’s “tax manoeuvre”.
