Product exports from FSU ports fell in February on an average daily basis from January, dragged down by lower fuel oil exports, hitting 502,866 t/d, down by 6pc on January (see p18). But exports were up by almost 5pc on February last year thanks to the lower rates of export duty that came into effect in January.
