Transneft hiked tariffs for diesel pipeline shipments along key export routes by an average of 8pc this month. Tariffs for deliveries through the Sever line to Primorsk — Russia’s key outlet for 10ppm sulphur product — rose the least, up by an average of 6pc. Sever rates had grown much faster in the past two years than tariffs on other lines. Following Sever’s recent expansion, Transneft aims to pump 14.5mn t of 10ppm to the port this year, up from 11.3mn t in 2014.
