Rosneft to up Tuapse naphtha supplies

Rosneft will boost rail deliveries of naphtha to the Black Sea port of Tuapse in November-January, shipping product from its 5,600 b/d Krasnoleninsky and 90,000 b/d Nizhnevartovsk refineries. Shipping from these plants through Tuapse is now more profitable than using outlets in northwest Russia and the Baltic states, traders say. Gunvor, Socar Trading, Vitol, BP and Morgan Stanley, which won the most recent tender to load naphtha at Tuapse from Rosneft’s 240,000 b/d Tuapse refinery and its Samara plants will buy Krasnoleninsky and Nizhnevartovsk product, traders say. The Rosneft naphtha contracts at Tuapse held by BP, Socar Trading, Marubeni and Gunvor all expire this month.
