Caspian exports to slip

Exports of light sweet BTC Blend from Ceyhan fell by 4.4pc on the month to 697,000 b/d in July. Loadings are sched- uled to fall again to 691,000 b/d this month and to 552,000 b/d in September because of production hitches. Exports of CPC Blend rose by 4.5pc to 737,000 b/d in July after Tengizchev- roil (TCO) boosted Tengiz production and Rosneft maintained supplies of light sweet crude into the system. But supplies are expected to drop over the next couple of months, although Socar does not give a reason.
