Low refinery runs offset crude disruptions

Euroilstock reported a 500,000 b/d draw on crude inventories in the EU 16 last month - the largest monthly draw since January 2007. European refiners struggled to find light crude supplies after exports from Azerbaijan were slashed by the closure of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline in the middle of the North Sea maintenance season.
