The oil market is looking tighter than originally predicted this year.Demand continues to rise and non-Opec production is once again falling short of expectations.The Chinese economy has outperformed analysts'predictions - growing by over 10pc in the first two quarters compared with a year earlier - with a consequent boost to oil demand.And the US economy remains robust despite fears of inflationary pressures from high energy prices.
