Prices 'out of control'

Producers and consumers agree that the former can do little about runaway oil prices.But differences are likely to grow over what can be considered an acceptable price.The 10th International Energy Forum (IEF) on 22-24 April in Doha ended with consensus among producers and consumers that nothing can be done in the short term about high oil prices.
