Light sweet grades under pressure

High crude stocks and rising supplies have put light sweet crudes under sustained pressure in the Atlantic basin.Softer crude demand has come as a surprise,given strength in gasoline and diesel,the approach of the peak driving season and the fact that producers in the US Gulf and Nigeria still have crude shut in as a result of hurricane damage and unrest in the Niger delta respectively.
