Rapidly rising gasoline demand in the Mideast Gulf is cutting exports and soaking up Indian output.Mideast Gulf gasoline demand growth was around 4-5pc/yr in 2002-05.But demand growth has accelerated to 7pc/yr as high oil revenues have fuelled economic expansion.
