摘要

Bis-uracil nucleoside, in which the nucleobase is anchored to C2-symmetric 22-membered macrocycle (CSM-3), was synthesized by nucleosidation of 1,2-isopropylidenefuranose ring-fused macrocycle. The bis-uracil nucleoside exhibited petal flake-like morphology in ethanolic solution. A change from petal-like to bundle-like morphology was observed on the addition of N~6-aminobenzoyl purine to the bis-uracil nucleoside.
