Product stocks are finally starting to build again in the Atlantic basin as refinery throughputs take off.But the long turnaround season has delayed the normal spring stockbuild,wiping out a year-on-year overhang that reached 60mn bl at the end of January.Even with an 800,000 b/d build last month,product inventories in the US and EU16 were still 5mn bl below levels a year earlier.Forward cover of 32 days on US products is now at the low end of the seasonal range.
