The situation remains unchanged in the coaster segment of the Baltic and North Seas. The cargo/tonnage imbalance is quite acute. Despite the fact that some players report the expansion of list of cargoes allowed for shipments ex Russian ports (coal, fertilizers to third countries, not the EU), relevant cargo flows have not grown significantly. The number of requests for transportation of agri products from regional ports is increasing, but it is insufficient to affect the overall picture. Owners hardly manage to keep rates at previous levels: Transportation of 10,000 cu m of timber in packages from St. Petersburg to Port Said costs $80/cu m;
