The North European coaster market remains soft. The cargo traffic is slack on the Baltic spot market, being supported by shipments of grain and timber cargoes. Part of the volume is still actively carried under previously concluded contracts, which also negatively affects the spot segment. At the same time, the vessel list is rather long in the basin.
