Baltic-loading Urals weakened against benchmark dated BFO after northwest European refiners snapped up a swathe of early November North Sea sweet cargoes at the expense of the Russian medium sour grade.But buying interest kicked in when lingering end-October cargoes were offered at weaker levels.A possible north-south arbitrage and weaker refining margins depressed levels for Urals in the Mediterranean.
