High supply weighs on products

All products except high-octane gasoline fell, amid high supplies. A lack of export opportunities further weakened jet-kerosine, naphtha and gasoil. Expectations of stronger demand cushioned gasoline's fall.Gasoline found some support from tighter stocks of light distillates, which fell by 5pc to 10.56mn bl over the week. The unscheduled shutdown of a catalytic cracker at Indonesian refiner Pertamina's 125,000 b/d Balongan refinery raised expectations of higher Indonesian demand.
