US draws European gasoline

Surplus European gasoline cargoes are being readied for shipment to the US and Mideast Gulf in response to more profitable arbitrage openings (see upper graph). Total has chartered the St Gabriel to take 310,000 bl of gasoline to the US Atlantic coast, with an unnamed charterer moving another 310,000 bl cargo on the same route.
