Russian medium sour Urals widened its discounts to North Sea Dated in the northwest Europe and Mediterranean markets, on expectations of extra supplies. Discounts to North Sea Dated had narrowed earlier in the week, especially in northwest Europe, as maintenance in early February cut shipments from the Baltic port of Primorsk and left refiners scrambling for alternative supply.
