Russian medium sour Urals cargoes widened their discounts to Dated in northwest Europe. October loadings at the Baltic port of Primorsk are rising compared with September. Strong demand and relatively expensive Mideast Gulf alternatives helped narrow Mediterranean Urals discounts to Dated, although Saudi official formula prices are dropping for November, removing some Urals price support.
