Indian naphtha exports are rising again after a hiatus, putting pressure on prices. These increased supplies have combined with lower demand as a result of scheduled petrochemical plant maintenance in the second quarter of this year. South Korea's KPIC is due to shut its 460,000 t/yr cracker on 1 April for about 25 days. And South Korea's Lotte Daesan is beginning 40-45 days of maintenance at its 650,000 t/yr cracker on 1 April.
