Oil markets are rising towards August's record highs,as maintenance tightens North Sea output and US gasoline stocks remain precarious.Atlantic basin benchmark North Sea Dated rose by 2.61/bl to 78.49/bl over the week to 12 July,just 23c/bl shy of last August's record,while US marker grade WTI rose by a more modest 75c/bl to 72.54/bl.
