Oil Sector's Share of GDP in Dubai Fell to 6.7% in 2004,while the Emirate's Nominal GDP Grew by 16.6%

The year 2004 was a "golden year" for the emirate of Dubai,since its GDP at current prices increased by 16.6% to Dh 98.1 billion (us26.73 billion) from Dh 84.1 billion in 2003,according to the Managing Director of the emirate's Department of Economic Development (Ministry),Mr.Mohammad Ali al-Abbar.
