摘要

To the Editor: Dear Editor, we thank Obeso and Strafella for their comments. Now, we retain that this interesting scientific debate could be enlarged to the understanding of neural mechanisms underlying rTMS effects on Parkinson's disease (PD) patients with levodopa-induced dyskinesias (LIDs). In other words, it should be of outstanding interest identify in which part, of the PD-related neurodegenerative pathways, the stimulation protocol proposed by Obeso et al. [1 ], could act.
