Gasoline firmed on increased export opportunities to the US. US stocks fell by 2mn bl despite higher domestic refinery output, pointing to a sustained rise in demand even before the start of the summer driving season. Transatlantic cargo bookings from Europe have risen as a result. A steady flow of gasoline continues to move to west Africa, albeit at a slower rate than in March.
