Refinery bottlenecks will continue to limit oil demand growth next year,despite a robust economic outlook.Demand in 2006 will be just 1mn b/d higher than this year,despite healthy economic growth,Argus forecasts.This is because stretched refinery utilisation rates are expected to keep product prices high and squeeze deliveries.
