Weak demand to continue to weigh on Indian Mn alloy prices

Indian Mn alloy prices were increasing in early February amid positive dynamics in the raw material segment. Weak demand forced suppliers to return to price cuts. SiMn (65 Mn; 16 Si) was quoted at some $1,075/t FoB in February (–$20/t month-onmonth), while HC FeMn (75 Mn) was offered at some $1,055/t FoB ($1,080/t FoB before).
