Serbia’s Fintel Energija selects China’s Windey onshore wind project

Chinese manufacturer Zhejiang Windey has signed an agreement with Serbia’s Fintel Energija, a unit of Italy’s Fintel Energia Group, to deliver, assemble and maintain wind turbines for Serbia’s 854-MW Mastrale Ring wind farm - the largest onshore wind farm in Europe. The agreement includes supply and installation of 112 WD200 7.7-MW wind turbines and a 10- year service and maintenance agreement for the wind farm once the units are installed. This will involve the establishment of a local service organisation headquartered in Belgrade.
