Using fuzzy logic, celiac disease has been diagnosed using common celiac disease symptoms like abdominal pain, anemia, weight loss, diarrhea, vomiting and BMI for producing the single probable value so that the individual may avoid clinical testing procedure. The proposed system has been implemented in Python language which produced better results with measured values using the de-fuzzification approach. The system comprises 486 rules to diagnose celiac disease by producing a single value using the Mamdani model with 6 inputs (6 common celiac disease symptoms) and 1 output parameter (existence of celiac disease).
