De Grey Mining's ongoing work at the 525,000 ounce Toweranna deposit, the first intrusion target that opened the door to the Hemi discovery at the Mallina project in Western Australia's Pilbara, has delivered successful infill results such as 10m at 13.2 grams per tonne from 288m, including 2m at 64.2gpt. Extensional drilling has also delivered hits such as 41.5m at 4.7gpt from 12m, over 22m at 1.4gpt from 60m, with the interpretation that the thickness of the steeply dipping high-grade structure east of the existing resource likely reflects drilling down the dip of the structure.
